Citroën was the fastest growing mainstream passenger car brand in Ireland last year, with registrations up 29% yer-on-year. The C3 hatchback was the main winner, closely followed by the C3 Aircross SUV. In the commercial vehicles category, the New Berlingo Van, was crowned International van of the year 2019.
Not resting on its laurels, Citroën launched its electric offensive, revealing the C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid, the ë-Comfort class Silent Urban Vehicle. Already offering outstanding comfort, with its suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions®, its Advanced Comfort seats and its 20 driver assistance systems, C5 Aircross SUV enters yet another new phase in the Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme with a plug-in hybrid offering.
This year, the Citroen C3 facelift arrived in Ireland in July, just in time for the 202-plate change. The C3 hatchback has become renowned as the quirky, alternative choice thanks to its unique design and colourful personality with various colour customisation options, colour changeable Air-Bumps, numerous roof colours and impressive range of alloy wheel options. The new facelifted C3 further accentuates this persona with even further personality and customisation.
